Labor Day Weekend in Virginia City
Virginia City Civil War Days
Sept. 5-7 2009, from 12:00pm to 3:00pm at Miners Park
"Real" Confederate and Union soldiers take over Virginia City as they reenact Civil War battles for the V&T trains. See encampments at Miners Park and a battle for "C "Street after the parade on Labor Day. For more information contact 775-786-9754.
Labor Day Parade

Mark Twain’s Tales of Tahoe
McAvoy Layne transforms into author Mark Twain, including his experiences in Lake Tahoe.
