When staying in Las Vegas, a hotel room upgrade can make or break a trip. The Flamingo Hotel provides guests a great benefit by offering the stunning GO Rooms.

One of Las Vegas' oldest hotels to date is still able to offer guests a modern and luxurious feel for a fraction of the price of the newer hotels on the beautiful Vegas strip. When planning a visit to the Flamingo, consider making the wise investment of upgrading from a standard guest room, to one of the new and exciting GO Rooms.

Go Room Deluxe and Go Room Luxury

A guest can enjoy a Las Vegas vacation by choosing from a GO Room Deluxe or a GO Room Luxury. Essentially the only difference between the two is that the luxury model offers spectacular views of the Las Vegas strip, while the deluxe model offers views of the hotel's lush gardens, lagoon pool, or other surroundings. In addition, king beds, or two queen beds are available for both types of rooms.

Flamingo Hotel GO Room Features and Amenities

Open the door to your temporary vacation home and enjoy the spacious environment that is found inside. A guest will immediately feel comfortable with the luxurious, but not over the top, room decor. Regular visitors to Sin City will appreciate the steps Harrah's Entertainment has taken to improve the Flamingo, by keeping it competitive with other resorts on Las Vegas Boulevard. First time visitors will find great value, and an exciting and fun experience for a nominal fee above the price of the basic, standard guest room.

Each room boasts an impressive 47" Plasma TV that is wall mounted. Found below your television is a sound system that offers dynamic audio output. Bring along your favorite music CDs and an iPod (along with charging cable) which is compatible with the device, and enjoy your favorite tunes before heading out on a tour of the city.

The bathroom is a destination of its own. Beyond the frosted glass sliding door is a room that is at least twice as big as those of standard guest rooms. The GO Room bathroom provides a stand-in shower and a bathtub. Select between basic lighting in the bathroom, or with the flip of a switch, illuminate the room with a neon pink glow. The worst news for people that take a long time to get dressed and ready for Vegas fun, is that each bathroom mirror comes equipped with a small LCD TV installed inside.

Bring along snacks and beverages and take advantage of the provided, in-room refrigerator. There is plenty of area for storage including drawers under the audio system, nightstands next to the bed, and a work desk. French doors with frosted glass, makes way to a large closet with abundant room for clothing and other belongings.

Start your mornings off on a great note by pressing a switch next to the bed that automatically opens the drapes, and enjoy a magnificent Las Vegas sunrise. Most importantly, while the GO Room is fun and exciting experience, make sure to leave some extra time in your schedule to head outdoors and take in all of the sites and sounds that make Las Vegas the fabulous city it is.
