Las Vegas is home to some very unique attractions.

Las Vegas is known for its spectacular casinos, glamorous shows, and mouthwatering buffets. In addition, Las Vegas has some very unique attractions. Here's a look at some of the unusual marvels that Vegas has to offer.

BODIES The Exhibition At The Luxor Hotel In Las Vegas

BODIES The Exhibition is a very unique attraction at the Luxor Hotel at the four corners on the Las Vegas Strip. More than 260 organs and partial body specimens are on display to give guests a closer look at the various systems within the human body.

The exhibit is meant to be educational, not sensational. If attending with children, it is best to take a scientific approach to this exhibit so that kids don't get freaked out over viewing bodies. The exhibit is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Tickets are $31.00 for adults, $29.00 for seniors, $23.00 for children 4-12 and free for children 3 and under.

The Liberace Museum In Las Vegas

Las Vegas is home to the one-of-a-kind Liberace Museum. Located at 1775 East Tropicana Ave., (at Spencer,) the museum is just a short car or bus ride from the Las Vegas strip. See some of the spectacular and ornate costumes that Liberace wore onstage.

The Liberace Museum has an extensive collection of Liberace's jewelry, candelabras, and pianos. Not to be missed is his custom car collection. The museum is located in two different buildings. Tickets include admission to both. Admission prices are $15.00 for adults and $10.00 for seniors and children over 10. Children 10 and under are free.

The museum is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p. m. and on Sunday from noon to 4:00 p.m. There is currently free shuttle services from Treasure Island, The Mirage, The Flamingo, Bally's, The Bellagio, and the Excalibur.

Vegas Indoor Skydiving

Forget the fear about jumping out of an airplane to skydive. Vegas Indoor Skydiving gives guests the opportunity to experience skydiving without any fear. With use of a wind tunnel, guests are given a simulated experience of free falling through the air.

Located at 200 Convention Center Dr., Vegas Indoor Skydiving is open daily from 9:45 a.m.- 8:00 p.m. A single flight is $75.00 with a second flight discounted to $40.00. The price includes instruction, equipment and the flight.

Haunted Vegas Tour

Ready for a night of murders, suicides and ghostly apparitions? Then the Haunted Vegas Tour will deliver! This three hour tour leaves the Royal Resort, (located at 99 Convention Center Dr.,) at 9:30 p.m., although guests are asked to arrive by 9:00 p.m.

The tour visits some of Vegas' most haunted locations while the tour guide fills everyone in on the numerous murders and suicides that have taken place in Las Vegas. One of the highlights of the tour is a seance in which some guests may have contact with spirits from "the other side." Tickets are $66.25 per person and guests must be over 12 years old.

Whether looking for something unusual or unique or looking for more common attractions such as amusement rides, city tours or historic museums, there's something for everyone in Las Vegas.
